Advanced Invitation Options
Subject: Enter an alternate title for the invitation email.
Body: Enter alternate text for the invitation email. You can use the following Replacement Strings (including curly braces) in the Body field to have each recipient’s own name appear in the email to them or to create a clickable link to the survey:
{FirstName} - Inserts the recipient's first name in the email. For example, if you enter “Hello {FirstName}” in the Body field and invited John to the survey, his email would say “Hello John”. Each recipient sees their own name.
{LastName} - Inserts the recipient's last name in the email.
{SurveyLinkStart} and {SurveyLinkEnd} - Enter a word between these two replace strings to make the word into a clickable link in the email invitation. In the example below, recipients can click the word “here” to go directly to the survey.
