Collect student documentation with the Portfolio Tool in myCourses
Use the Portfolio tool to allow your students to showcase their work with evidence: students can demonstrate their work by submitting images, recording audio to explain their work, and add reflection comments. You can communicate with your students using various feedback options (rubrics, categories, learning outcomes, comments). You have the option to approve submitted evidence, and can monitor and edit submissions.
The tool offers two methods of collecting evidence:
Brightspace Portfolio app: The Portfolio app is available for download from any global Google Play™ store or Apple App Store®.
Portfolio tool in myCourses: You and your students can manage or import evidence using the Portfolio tool in myCourses.

While this resource is accessible worldwide, McGill University is on land which has served and continues to serve as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations. Teaching and Learning Services acknowledges and thanks the diverse Indigenous peoples whose footsteps mark this territory on which peoples of the world now gather. This land acknowledgment is shared as a starting point to provide context for further learning and action.
