External Learning Tools

The above graphic is provided for inspiration and does not include all learning tools currently approved and supported at McGill.

Important note: All third-party tools used for teaching and learning at McGill are subject to the McGill Cloud Directive. Student data contains private information and all tools need to be verified that companies providing these tools are keeping that data safe and complying with all Quebec laws and McGill regulations. Just because a software may be free to use does not mean that it is authorized for use at McGill.

Accessibility: Teaching and learning tools are chosen with accessibility criteria in mind, in keeping with the Standard sur l’accessibilité des sites Web (SGQRI 008 2.0) and WCAG 2.0. If you encounter an issue when accessing or using any teaching and learning tools, please report an issue

McGill University is on land which has served and continues to serve as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations. Teaching and Academic Programs acknowledges and thanks the diverse Indigenous peoples whose footsteps mark this territory on which peoples of the world now gather. This land acknowledgment is shared as a starting point to provide context for further learning and action.
