Polling @ McGill analytics with Vevox

The data panel in Vevox, the Polling @ McGill tool, provides information about participant responses to your poll, such as poll and Q&A engagement, poll results including participant scores, and the number of engaged participants.

Overview of Vevox analytics

The data panel in Vevox provides an overview of the key analytics from your event:

  • Poll results: results and level of engagement with the polls

  • Q&A results: level of engagement with the Q&A

  • Survey results: results and level of engagement with the survey

  • Attendees: list of attendees for the session

  • Scores: participant score rankings

Export your analytics

Several analytics can be exported from Vevox. Follow these steps to export your analytics:

  1. Select your Vevox session.

  2. Go to Data tab.

  3. Click Download.

  4. Select Data report for comprehensive analytics, or Data images for graphical representations of results.

A comprehensive Data report can be exported from Vevox as an Excel file. The table below explains what information is provided.

Data images

Vevox provides visualizations of key analytics from your session. This includes infographics that summarize engagement with polls, surveys, the Q&A, and the session as a whole, as well as a snap-shot of the results of each individual poll and survey question.
