Edit TA, grader, and student access
On the Crowdmark website, you can add team members (i.e., co-instructors, Teaching Assistants, graders) and students to your course and remove them from your course.
Team Members
Add:
Select your course, then select the Team tab in the left sidebar.
Add team members by manually entering their McGill email IDs and selecting their roles (Add by email) or import members from myCourses (Sync with myCourses).
Remove:
Select your course, then select the Team tab in the left sidebar.
Hover over the “Actions” section of the member you want to remove.
Select X to un-enrol the member. If you select a member by accident, select Re-Enrol.
An instructor cannot be removed from a course.
Students
Add:
Select your course, then select the Student tab in the left sidebar.
Automatically add your students by selecting the Sync with myCourses option. This will automatically transfer student data from myCourses to Crowdmark. Manually add students by selecting Update Students and uploading a .csv file of your student Classlist. Alternatively, you can enter a student’s McGill e-mail ID and select Enrol.
You can download your student data in .csv format by exporting it from the Classlist tab in myCourses.
Remove:
Select your course, then select the Student tab in the left sidebar.
Hover over the “Actions” section of the student you want to remove.
Select X to un-enrol the student.
